Journal Entry #3

Aha! I laugh at the previous king! What kind of King is called Duncan, why, Macbeth is a much more suitable name! King Macbeth.. I like the sound of that! Why, I gotta get used to being called that, now that Duncan has been murdered in his sleep!

However, this plan might've not been as easy as my dear wife and I have though. It seems as if some people, -Cough Macduff and Banquo Cough- has their suspicisions on the truth of Duncan's Death... No. I must keep a close eye on those two..

Journal Entry #2

Remember how I've told you about the three sisters and their three prophecies? One of them already came true... so that only leaves the one saying I will become king! How will this come about! I've told my wife about it, and she was thrilled to hear this news! But the only way we could achieve such goal is by getting rid of the current king... I shall discuss this with my wife :O

We... we did it. We came up with a plan for me to achieve the throne! My wife and I have decided to murder Duncan, the current king. There's no way people will think of me, Macbeth, Thane of Cawdor, as the murderer! Why, people will merely blame a servant or such! ITS. TIME. FOR. ME. TO. BE. KING.

Journal Entry #1

OMG! My best friend, Banquo and I, defeated two separate armies! They were trying to invade us! haha, like that could happen! Oh yeah! The most bizarre thing just happened to me! I was with my bro, Banquo, and we happened to stumble onto these three girls. I think they were sisters? IDK! but these girls... they prophesied that I would be made THANE OF CAWDOR! :O They also said Banquo will have a line of Scottish kings, but he himself will not become one.. However.. they said I would eventually become King of Scotland! OMG! and the weird thing was their first prophecy came true! I became thane of cawdor! This is certainly surreal!

Who I will portray:

I would like to portray Macbeth, as Macbeth is a powerful, assertive character. He can set his mind on anything (such as to become king) and will accomplish it no matter what. It would be an intriguing role to portray myself as the 'bad' role; killing and deceiving people. I wonder what my peers & I would do to identify with Macbeth, to write a convincing journal, like Macbeth would have.
